Appointments

To schedule an appointment, call 407-261-0000. You should allow 45-60 minutes for your initial consultation. Please arrive at our office about 20-30 minutes early to allow time for filling out the necessary medical information forms. If you can print these forms from the internet and fill them out before you come in, you will save a lot of time. Please bring with you any records, laboratory test results and x-ray reports that might help us in evaluating your GI problem.

Patients will incur a $30.00 charge for appointments or procedures that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
